Welcome to Sellxify ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our website and in using our products. This Privacy Policy applies to sellxify.com and describes how we handle personal information and data received from third-party integrations like Meta (Facebook).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that allows us to provide our analytics and ad management services to you.
A. Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and business details necessary to set up your account.
B. Usage Data
We automatically collect usage statistics (logs, device info) to improve the performance of our dashboard.
3. Facebook Platform Data
Our application integrates with the Meta (Facebook) API to provide you with seamless ad reporting and server-side tracking (CAPI). We explicitly request the following permissions:
- ads_read: Used to fetch your Ad Accounts, Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads to display their structure in your dashboard.
- read_insights: Used to retrieve performance metrics such as Spend, Impressions, Clicks, CPC, and ROAS.
- ads_management: Used solely to allow you to enable/disable campaigns directly from Sellxify and to authorize Server-Side Events (CAPI).
Note: We do not use Facebook data for surveillance, nor do we transfer or sell this data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for the functionality of the Sellxify platform:
- Visualization: To create graphs and tables showing your daily ad spend and results.
- Optimization: To send conversion events from your server to Facebook (via CAPI) to help improve your ad targeting.
- Communication: To send you alerts regarding your account status or critical updates.
5. User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Facebook's Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. Since Sellxify does not permanently store your historical ad data (we fetch it live via API), you can revoke our access at any time.
How to remove Sellxify from your Facebook Account:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find "Sellxify" in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove.
- Check the box to delete all posts, photos, and videos (if applicable) and confirm.
Once removed, we will no longer have access to your ad data, and any cached tokens will be automatically invalidated within our system.
6. Security & Data Retention
We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit. Your Facebook Access Tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to the frontend. We retain data only as long as your account is active.
